Passionate, committed and creative, I love helping people achieve their real estate dreams. I started off as a NASDAQ trader in the early days of the dot.com boom, and translated that success into a lucrative portfolio of properties in Miami Beach, Colorado, Israel, The Netherlands, and also in and around New York City. I believe in thinking outside of the box and being open to opportunity. I’ve lived in Manhattan for twenty-five years now, raising two children here. My wife and I love traveling, restaurants, as well as exploring new places here at home.

When representing buyers, I have a natural gift for looking at properties analytically. Is the property desirable? Does it fit your needs? Will the property be easy to sell or rent out should you want to do that? Having worked on many of my own deals, I have confidence in how to read a seller and negotiate the best price. 

When representing sellers, I know well that the key is to make sure as many potential buyers see the property as possible. I go out of my way to ensure every query is answered and that prospective properties have access to the property as soon as possible. I recognize how important timing is in real estate, and that guides my thinking. Your sale will be treated as a Top Priority, will be marketed on many platforms, and staged to make sure that critical first impression is always a great one.
