In her tenure, Christine has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate, from the marketing, sale and purchasing of office, retail and investment properties to office and retail condo sales, as well as tenant and landlord representation. She successfully negotiated the sale of many commercial properties, with 315 West 35th Street and over 12,600 square feet of space at 257 West 39th among them. Also most notable was her skillful negotiation of the sale lease-back of the 40,000 SF bank-owned commercial building at 1511 Third Ave and the sale of the Retail Condo at 212 Fifth Avenue, which encompassed the entire block front which sold for $26,500,000 Christine is the Exclusive Agent for the leasing at 78 Fifth Avenue and 210 Fifth Avenue which are both Commercial Loft Buildings. She additionally works with Residential Real Estate Agents companywide who come to her with their commercial clients, to whom she provides utmost care and personalized service.
Christine transitioned seamlessly to retail/commercial brokerage after an illustrious career in fashion and retail working at Neiman Marcus, producing shows for renowned designers (Valentino, Bill Blass, Calvin Klein, Galanos, etc.) and managing retail boutiques. She lives in Midtown Manhattan on the Westside, serves as a commercial board member with the Real Estate Board of New York,has served on the committee for the AHRC NYC Foundation.
